The region of the Ardennes is characterised by a hilly landscape and large leafy forests.

Its main hilly areas are interspersed with picturesque valleys, the most stunning of which are those of the Blees, Clerve, Our, Sûre and Wiltz rivers.

PRÉIZERDAUL PATH

 

Arsdorf - Heispelt - Rindschleiden - Wahl - Pratz - Bettborn - Mertzig - Ettelbruck > 31 km

Departure / Arrival: "Am Duerf" (Arsdorf) // Place Marie Adelaïde (Ettelbruck)

 

The Préizerdaul Path runs for 30 kilometres through traditional villages in the north-west of the country to end in Ettelbruck, where you can also start out on the Victor Hugo Path and the Upper Sûre Path. Along the course of this path you sometimes walk in the “Ösling” and sometimes in the “Gutland”, two distinct geographic regions. There are numerous outstanding views, particularly over the village of Wahl.
