Nature in the Luxembourg Ardennes

The region of the Ardennes is characterised by a hilly landscape and large leafy forests.

Its main hilly areas are interspersed with picturesque valleys, the most stunning of which are those of the Blees, Clerve, Our, Sûre and Wiltz rivers.

Nordic Walking

NORDIC WALKING, a leisure and fitness sport very popular in Scandinavian countries, is practised in both summer and winter, whatever the type of trail used.

NORDIC WALKING is a sport accessible that can be practiced by everyone, combining adventure on foot and improvement of physical fitness.

There are five NORDIC WALKING parks in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, three of which are located in the Luxembourg Ardennes.

Created as closed circuits, there are three difficulty levels to enable everyone to make progress at their own level.

Signage Blue: Easy • Red: Medium • Black: Difficult
